BURNS - The Daughters and family circle of the late Eamon Burns (R.I.P) Hillview Park, Enniskillen. Wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement, sent Mass or sympathy cards, brought gifts and floral tributes. Sincere thanks to Yolande, Jackie and Marian who helped prepare and serve refreshments in the home and to those family members, neighbours and friends who helped out in any way at this difficult time. Sincere thanks to our local Parish Priests who called to the home and provided spiritual support, to Father Joe McVeigh for the beautiful Requiem Mass and for his attentiveness and support to Eamon throughout his illness. Warm thanks to all who participated in the Funeral Mass, Altar Servers, Readers, Eucharistic Ministers and special thanks to Jackie Bannon for the Funeral music. Heartfelt thanks to all the Staff of Intensive Care, Coronary Care, Medial Wards 1, 2 and 6 but in particular; the Staff of Ward 7, S.W.A.H for their gentle and dignified care and treatment of Eamon. We would especially like to express our gratitude to all of the Nursing Staff who at all times went beyond their call of duty. To Roisin McElhom (O.T) and Nicola Vance (Physio) thank you for your invaluable help and support. Special thanks to Dr Toal and Maguire, the Practice Receptionist Staff, District Nurses Priscilla, Violet and Mary, to the Western Trust Community Care Team and to Eamon’s Social Worker Celine McDermot, thank you also to the Staff of Corry’s and Lakeland Pharmacies. Sincere thank you to the Medical Team who treated Eamon over the last 18 Months. Dr Cody and Dr O’Hare (I.C.U) Dr Hamilton, Dr Sharma and Dr Monaghan (C.C.U) Dr Campbell (Medical) and in particular Dr Keegan for his professionalism, sensitivity and compassion. Thank you also to the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Pro-Paramedics. Special thanks to Auntie Mary and Uncle Michael McKenna for their unfailing support to both Eamon and his Daughters throughout his lengthy illness. Sincere thanks to John McKeegan and Staff for the professional, gentle and dignified manner in which he carried out the Funeral arrangements, thank you for the emotional support and your words of comfort. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation Mass will be celebrated for all your intentions. Eamon’s Months Mind Mass is on Saturday 31st December at 6.00pm in St Michael’s Church, Enniskillen.
