CORNELIUS CLEAR

CLEAR Cornelius (Con) The wife Marie and son Sean and extended family of the late Con Clear wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent sudden bereavement. A special word of thanks to our neighbours Aiden and Fionnuala Ormsby who assisted so ably when Con took ill at his home and to John and Brenda Joyce that helped out in every way they could, their kindness will never be forgotten. To the Ambulance Drivers who took Con to Hospital, to the Staff of A&E and ICU and to all the Medical Staff at South West Acute Hospital who cared for Con during his final hours. To the true friends that are Bernie Birmingham, Lorraine Oliver, Philomena Kelly, Helen Dundas and Lena Gallagher who looked after everybody, for their endless support we will be eternally grateful. To Mahon’s Hotel and Mozzarella Fellas who so kindly brought food to the house. A special word of thanks to Colin Simmons, Kevin Maguire and Jeffrey Bryans. To those who sent through messages of support and prayers for Con for his recovery whilst he was in Hospital. To all who called at the house and who travelled long distances to be with us, to those who brought Mass cards, sympathy cards and gifts to the house, attended the Wake and Funeral or helped in any way. We would like to express our gratitude to Monsignor O’Reilly who attended Con in the Hospital and a special word of thanks to Canon Michael McGourty for his unfailing spiritual support to us and for his lovely Mass. For those who read and took part in the Mass, also for Michael Cassidy and Shanelle Mullan who sang so beautifully. A word of thanks to Irvinestown St. Molaise GAA and Irvinestown Wanderers for their Guard of Honour. A special word of thanks to George Beacom and Staff at the Bawnacre for refreshments after the funeral. We would like to also thank Jim Barnett Funeral Directors for their sympathetic and helpful expertise in handling all the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. 48 Flax Valley, Irvinestown.
