SHARKEY Sean Crom Road, Newtownbutler, Co Fermanagh Died 25th December, 2016 The family of the late Sean Sharkey wish to express their gratitude to all those who supported and sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. A special word of thanks to the staff of Gortacharn Residential and Nursing Homes where Sean was given so much care, love and respect during his time there. Also, a special word of thanks to those who visited Sean with the Sacraments, and to those who spent time with him in prayer and reflection. We would like to acknowledge the care and attention that Dr. Kevin Devlin GP gave to Sean in his latter years, and especially in his final days. Special thanks to Msgr. Ignatius McQuillan, Sean’s brother-in-law, who celebrated the Funeral Mass and to Fr. King PP for assisting with the liturgy and burial rite. Thank you to McAvinney Undertakers, the grave diggers, altar servers, Eucharistic Ministers, the church caretakers and the soloist, Helena Connolly. A very sincere thanks to the Parish Community for providing refreshments after the Funeral Mass. Thank you to all those who visited the house brought refreshments, attended the Funeral Mass, sent Mass cards and sympathy cards and helped in any way. Your kind words, sympathy and help were very much appreciated. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude. Sean’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 4th February at 6.30pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newtownbutler.
