ARMITAGE Jim (Jimmy) The family of the late Jim (Jimmy) Armitage , Drumhaw, Lisnaskea, wish to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with them, to those who called at the family home, sent mass and sympathy cards, telephoned, brought food and attended the removal and the funeral. Thanks to those who travelled long distances to be with us. A special thank you to all who cared for Jim during his short illness; the staff in SWAH, Antrim Area Hospital, Princess Grace Hospital in London. To those who attended him in his home; district nurses, Elaine McAtee, Dr Latimer, Dr George and Dr Jacob. We sincerely thank all the priests especially Canon Mullin who faithfully attended his spiritual needs in his home and in hospital. Thanks to all our relatives and friends who helped in so many ways, your thoughtfulness and practical support gave us great comfort. To the staff of Monaghan Bros your kindness and help throughout Jim's illness and at the time of his passing was a great source of strength and support for the family. Thank you to the choir and all who took part in the mass and formed guards of honour. A special thanks to Swift and McCaffrey undertakers for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the family's wishes for the funeral arrangements and to those who provided refreshments in the Parish Centre. Thank you to those who made a donation in lieu of flowers to the Clogher Lourdes Diocesan Fund. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The months mind mass will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church, Lisnaskea on Saturday the 22nd April at 7pm.
