JIM MCMAHON

MC MAHON Jim The Wife, Sons, Daughters and wider family circle of the late Jim McMahon wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who supported and sympathised with us during our recent bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks are extended to all those who attended the removal of remains and the wake, brought gifts, sent Mass and sympathy cards and attended the funeral. We sincerely thank the doctors and staff of Roslea Surgery, Doctors Kelly and Keegan and all the staff in wards 6 & 7 of South West Acute Hospital for the excellent medical care afforded to Jim during his illness and to all the carers who looked after him so well in his home. A special thanks to all our friends and relatives who worked tirelessly during the wake to help with refreshments, your support will not be forgotten. We want to particularly thank Fr John Chester for his ongoing support, attending to Dad's spiritual needs and for making the funeral Mass so special. Thanks also to Patsy, Jackie and the choir, and to all those who were involved in the Mass and provided a fitting goodbye to our Father. We thank the Undertakers Aidan, Conor and Paul for their practical support and for the efficient, dignified and professional way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Our thanks are also due to the gravediggers, Mickey Pat, Con, Kevin, Sean and Francis and to the members of Roslea Shamrocks GFC who formed the large guard of honour at the funeral. We would also like to thank Eamon, Kevin and the staff of Roslea Arms for the excellent meal they provided. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation to all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Jim's Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Tierney's Church Roslea on Saturday 29th April at 6.30pm.
