JOSEPHINE MCGUINNESS

MC GUINNESS Josephine The family of the late Josephine McGuinness, 7 Mill Green, Derrygonnelly, wish to express our thanks to all those who sympathised with them on the recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all those who called at the family home, telephoned, brought gifts, sent Mass and sympathy cards and generous gifts of food, floral tributes and kind donations to the Botha Parish Renovation Fund, also those who travelled long distances to be with us. We thank all our kind neighbours, especially Eileen and Gerald Jones, to all who helped out at the wake. A special thanks to the teams of experienced exceptional professional care givers who carried out their work on a daily basis with Mum with dignity and respect who went beyond the call of duty to ensure Mum was comfortable in her own home for over seven years. Thanks to the District Nurses who attended weekly, to Dr Khew and his staff, to Cathcart's Pharmacy for all their support throughout the years, the Day Centre where Mummy attended and always received a warm welcome and enjoyed many happy days and her driver Mary Reilly, Seamus O'Dear Eucharistic Minister who attended Mummy weekly. The family would also like to thank our Parish Priest Fr Jimmy McPhillips for his regular visits to Mummy at home and hospital over the past years, his support and words of comfort has been most appreciated to the family at this difficult time. The funeral Mass was a fitting tribute and Fr Jimmy's kind personal words were a great comfort to the family. The Mass was complimented by the beautiful singing of Julieann O'Dear, the McConnell family for their music and Ciaran Owens, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers and all who helped out with the liturgy. A word of thanks to Derrygonnelly Community Centre Committee and staff for the refreshments provided after the funeral. The family would like to thank most sincerely the Funeral Director Leanne McGovern and Pat Meehan for their professional and dignified attention to detail and kind manner which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Thank you to the gravedigger. As it is impossible to thank every one individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our gratitude to you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Josephine's Months Mind will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception, Monea on Saturday 6th May at 7pm
