CONCEPTA LEONARD

LEONARD Concepta The family of the late Concepta (Connie) Leonard would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who shared their sympathy with us on our recent sad bereavement. We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to our extended families, relations, neighbours and kind friends who helped and supported us in so many ways in the immediate days after Concepta's death, throughout her wake and funeral and in the days since. We would like to express our deep felt appreciation to the members of Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and the Police Service of Northern Ireland who responded to the emergency call. A special word of thanks to the Medical and Nursing Staff who attended to and cared for Concepta's son Conor during his admission to the South West Acute Hospital and for their support to the whole family at that time. Our gratitude also to the staff of the Northern Ireland Regional Forensic Mortuary, Belfast, for carrying out their duties in a considerate and dignified manner. A sincere word of thanks to Canon Dawson P.E. and Fr. Gallagher P.P., both of whom were of the utmost support to the family on the evening of Concepta's death and have continued to provide us with significant spiritual support since and concelebrated her Funeral Mass along with Fr. Victor and Fr. Shannon, to whom we also express our gratitude. Fr. Gallagher's homily was a measured and fitting tribute to Concepta's life and her devotion to her son Conor and has been a source of great consolation to our family. Heartfelt gratitude to the Musicians and Choir who played and sang during Concepta's Funeral Mass and whom added to the sacredness and solemnness of the occasion. Our thanks to the Musicians who played in the graveyard after the burial and especially to the children who played outside the chapel, for a fitting tribute to Concepta's musical legacy. We would like to thank the schoolchildren, staff and Principals of St. Mary's Primary School, Brookeborough, St. Comghalls Secondary School, Lisnaskea and Jones Memorial School, Enniskillen, Education Authority Western Region Catering Service, Cheshire Ireland representatives and members of Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service for taking part in a fitting tribute and guard of honour at Concepta's funeral. Our thanks to the members of Heber Mc Mahon GAA Club for assisting with refreshments at the wake, traffic management and the provision of refreshments after the burial. We would also like to acknowledge the Funeral Undertakers, Paul Mohan (Corranny) and Noel Mc Donagh and the gravedigger Philip Greene for the compassionate and professional manner in which they assisted the family in the planning and organising of Concepta's wake and funeral. Our deepest thanks to everyone who travelled from near and far to express their sympathies at the wake, who brought food and refreshments, who attended the funeral, provided wreaths and have sent us Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards and personal letters of condolence. As it is impossible to thank all those concerned individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered up for your intentions. Concepta's Months Mind Mass will be held in St. Mary's R.C. Church, Brookeborough at 7.00pm on Saturday 24th June, 2017. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam uasal.
