BARTLEY Myles Skea Road, Arney Died 5th June 2017 The family of the late Myles Bartley (Junior) sincerely thank everyone who sympathised and supported them during and since the sudden and sad passing of Myles. A special word of thanks to the many who called to his home, telephoned, travelled some distance, sent flowers, Mass, sympathy cards and letters and attended the Funeral. Many thanks to all who helped at the wake, provided food, served refreshments and worked in the kitchen, we appreciate all your kindness. We sincerely thank Father John Finnegan, Father Brian D'Arcy and Father Pat Farrelly who concelebrated Myles' Funeral Mass, Father Finnegan your homily was a great tribute to Myles and comfort to us. Thankyou to those who took part in the Mass and the Owens family for the lovely music and singing also the many groups who provided a Guard of Honour as the coffin entered the church. Our grateful appreciation to the Undertakers McNulty and Carty for the dignified manner in which they carried out Myles' Funeral arrangements and for the support they were to us his family. Many thanks also to the PSNI and Doctor Ferguson also Pat McHugh and his helpers, the Gravediggers who prepared Myles' place of rest. We would like to thank the Aisling Centre for providing the lovely refreshments after the Funeral and to the Cleenish Community Centre for the use of the hall. To the many friends Myles had and all those who knew him or whose lives he touched we thankyou for all the great stories you shared with us. The great memories you have of him, they are of great comfort to us throughout these lonely days. We his family trust everyone will accept this as an acknowledgement and a token of our appreciation. A Mass shall be offered for all your intentions. Myles' Month's Memory Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church, Arney, on Sunday 2nd July at 10am.
