BRIGID CAREY

CAREY Brigid, Agnes Maguiresbridge Died 24th July 2017 The family, Maria, Anne, Patricia, Agnes, Jacinta, Finola, Susan, Ciaran and Jane, her sister Lil, Daughter-in-law Mary, Sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandaughter would like to offer our sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us following our recent sad bereavement. We would like to thank those who sent Mass and Sympathy cards, all who attended the wake and funeral, particularly those who travelled long distances, those who provided food and those who formed a guard of honour at the funeral. We will always be grateful to those who helped look after Mam in her later years both in her own home and when she travelled to Drumhaw Day Centre in Lisnaskea, the carers and nurses who attended daily, the drivers who transported her and her Social Workers. We're thankful to the doctors and staff of The Maple Group Practice Lisnaskea for their care over the years and for the support of Carson's Chemist, Maguiresbridge. Thanks to the ambulance service and doctors and nurses who tended to Mam on the day she died both in Derry and Enniskillen and to Canon Mullin for his spiritual care in Enniskillen. Mam would have been very proud of her family's involvement in her funeral from the dignified and professional way her daughter Patricia and son in law Brian carried out the Undertaking duties to the involvement of her children and grand children in the readings, bidding prayers and as Eucharistic Ministers. Our thanks to Canon Joseph Mullin and Canon Mc Kenna (Trillick) for concelebrating the Mass and for Canon Mullin's lovely words in the homily. Thanks also to the altar servers and to the Connolly sisters for the beautiful singing and music. We're also grateful to the family and friends who prepared Mam's final resting place. Thanks to St. Mary's Hall Maguiresbridge for the use of the facilities and to Ciara O'Flanagan for accommodating us at short notice and to Joe Agnew and his team for providing refreshments after the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to all. The holy sacrifice of The Mass will be offered for your intentions. Mam's Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 13th August at 10.00am in St Mary's Church, Maguiresbridge.
