Eugene McQuaid

McQUAID Eugene Mulnagork, Trillick 11th September, 2017 Eugene's wife Eileen, sons Colm, Kevin (Caroline), Damien (Frances), Sean (Brenda), daughters Noreen (Philip) and Fiona (Sharif); his grandchildren, brothers, sisters and his large family circle, would like to express their sincere appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement. To those who came to pay their respects at the house, brought gifts, sent Mass cards and sympathy cards, telephoned and sent messages of condolence, your presence and support meant so much to us. Also thank you to our relatives and friends who helped during the wake in the house and with the car parking. We very much appreciate the support we received from all those who travelled long distances to be with us during this time. We express our sincere thanks to Canon McKenna and Father MacKenna, who visited and prayed with Eugene during his stay in hospital; also to Father MacKenna and Father McCann for the meaningful Requiem Mass and for the personal and moving homily. To Nuala McBride and Rory Madden, thank you for the beautiful and touching music and also to Seamus McCann from Coa Pipe Band. We would also like to thank the Altar Servers and all our relatives and friends who took part in the Mass. A very special thank you to the dedicated and committed team of Doctors, Nurses and Ancillary Staff in the SWAH Stroke Unit, for their medical care and attention, and also for the support given to the family during Eugene's illness. Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified, sensitive and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Also thank you to the Gravedigger who prepared Eugene's final resting place. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank all those on Trillick Funeral Committee who provided the refreshments after the Funeral Mass. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks. Month's Mind Mass for Eugene will be celebrated on Sunday, 15th October at 11am, St. MacCartan's Church, Trillick.
