VALENTINE Mary (nee McElholm) 27 Kesh Road Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh passed away peacefully on 8th October 2017 Beloved wife of Joseph, devoted mother to Darren and Cormac and cherished sister of Rosaleen and Gerard. We would like to express our sincere thanks to our kind family, friends and neighbours who called at the hospital, attended the wake and Funeral, sent Mass and sympathy cards and gifts and to those who made donations to Friends of the Cancer Centre. We would like to thank Claude McKervey and his staff for carrying out the Funeral arrangements in a dignified manner and the personal support provided at this time and also to the PSNI for the traffic management of the Funeral cortege. A special word of thanks to Canon Michael McGourty PP. for his support to Mary during her illness and for the beautiful Funeral Mass he celebrated, and to Gerry Quinn, Una Magee and Roisin O'Hanlon for the poignant music and singing, and to John Lynch for his very kind words. A particular word of thanks to the staff of Petal Postforming, Irvinestown Credit Union and the members of Irvinestown Scouts for providing a guard of honour. Thanks also to the grave diggers. Thanks to all who helped at the wake and to the local businesses who sent food to the home, We also wish to thank the staff of the Bawnacre Centre and the ladies who served refreshments after the Funeral Mass. To the staff of Irvinestown Health Centre, South West Acute Hospital, Northern Ireland Cancer Centre in Belfast City Hospital and Palliative Care Unit in Omagh Hospital a sincere word of thanks. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our genuine appreciation and heartfelt thanks. Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 11th November in the Sacred Heart Church, Irvinestown 7pm.
