MC GRATH Michael Townhill Park, Irvinestown Died 10th November, 2017 The family of the late Michael R.I.P. - sisters Eileen (Gerry) and Teresa (Frankie), nephews, nieces and the extended family circle would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who called at the house, brought food, assisted at the wake, gave Mass cards and cards of sympathy, attended the removal of the Remains, the Funeral Mass and burial. Also thanks to Mahon's Hotel and McAleer's Spar who kindly brought food to the house. Sincere thanks to Canon McGourty who celebrated the beautiful Funeral Mass and Homily and for also attending to Michael's spiritual needs in hospital. Appreciation to Aideen McGirr and the Church Choir for the beautiful singing; also to the Readers and Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers and Sacristan for their contribution during the Funeral Mass. A special word of thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Ward 6 in the South West Acute Hospital for their devoted care and attention during his illness. Also to the Doctors and Nurses of Irvinestown Health Centre, especially the District Nurses who attended Michael in Eileen's home during the past year, and to the Pill Box Pharmacy for their support. We would like to extend our gratitude to Jim Barnett and Pat Britton, Funeral Directors for their help and support and the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral was carried out. Thanks also to the Gravediggers. A final word of thanks to George Beacom and Staff of the Bawnacre Centre for providing refreshments and also to the ladies and gentlemen who served the food. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation to all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Michael's Month's Mind Mass will be held on Saturday, 9th December at 7pm in the Sacred Heart Church, Irvinestown.
