Mc CAFFREY Seamus Letterbailey, Tempo Died 18th December 2017 Seamus' wife Phyllis, children Paul (Geraldine), Caroline (Dean), Barry (Jenny), Aidan (Justine), Teresa (Francois) and Una (Glen) and grandchildren Elaine, Ronan, Cara, Keira, Katie, Emma, Niamh, Finn, Dara, Lily, Cian, Nathy and Kayla, along with his brother Alphie (Anna) and sister Maureen and entire family circle wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. A special word of thanks to the Western Health and Social Care Trust, Enable Care Team, District Nursing Team and the Marie Curie Nurses for their exceptional level of attention to Seamus, especially in the last weeks of his life. Our gratitude is extended to all our caring and generous relations, neighbours and friends who supported and helped us in any way, by making endless cups of tea, bringing gifts of food, sending Mass/sympathy cards and attending the wake and Funeral Mass especially those who travelled long distances to be with us. Sincere thanks to Campbell's Contracts for their assistance with traffic management along with all the neighbours and relations who braved the cold to direct traffic for 3 nights. We will be ever grateful to Dr. O'Kane for his care and kindness to Seamus on his frequent visits. Much appreciation is extended to J. Slevin Funeral Director for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. A sincere thank you to Fr. Halton for his spiritual support throughout Seamus' illness and for his concelebration of Requiem Mass along with Fr. Denis Dolan and Fr. Shannon. Also thanks to Jackie Bannon for the beautiful singing and music and Denise Flack for delivering the Mass in sign language. We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Catering Committee from Tempo Community Centre who provided refreshments after the burial. We have been overwhelmed by the number of Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence received at this sad time. We would like to thank you all personally, but as this is not possible we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. Subscriptions to Concern and Marie Curie will be made in lieu of memoriam cards and thank you letters. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. Seamus' Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in The Church of the Immaculate Conception on Sunday, 28th January at 11am.
