ROBBIE FLEMING

Published on 25/01/2018

FLEMING Heather, Rhonda, Ruth, John, David, Robert, Madison, Ethan and Sarah take this opportunity to say a huge and heartfelt thanks to so many people who have supported us through Robbie's illness and passing on 14th November and thanks to the many who continue to do so. Robbie died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. This was only possible because of the exceptional care, support and time given by every one in the Maple Group Practice, especially more recently Dr's McCaffrey and Cromie but in the past Dr Porteous and the unfailing care of the District Nursing Team, all of which was added to by the support of the Carers who visited the house daily in recent months. We shall never forget the support offered by Norma and Alice from Marie Curie Care. Our thanks also to Julie and all the Staff at Clarke's Chemist, Lisnaskea. Thanks to Professor Kelly and all the Dr's and Nurses at South West Acute Hospital. To those who attended the house, those who attended the Funeral, sent cards, phoned the house, sent letters, texts, brought flowers and food, sent donations to Sallaghy Parish Church and Marie Curie Care. We value and appreciate your support and kindness. Sincere thanks also to family, friends and good neighbours who organised the traffic and ensured everyone got a cup of tea, sandwiches etc. Robbie always enjoyed Rev Anita Kerr's visits both at home in hospital, we all appreciated her visits in the days leading up to his passing. Her beautiful words in the church are etched in the minds of the family and friends alike. Our gratitude goes to those who prepared the church and the hall, to Joyce Clingan the organist and choir members. Thanks also to Noel Robinson, Gerald and David for their sensitive and caring Funeral organisation. Thanks also to the Grave Diggers, the people of Sallaghy Parish organised and provided refreshments after the service of such a quality that they are still being spoken about. Thanks so so very much . We have had so much kindness and support before, during and since the Funeral that If we have omitted anyone, we apologise, and please know that we appreciated what you have done and continue to do. Killard, Newtownbutler, Berkshire, Upper Basildon, Druminillar, Belleek.
