CLARKE David Hamilton Died 1st January 2018 His wife Diane, son Connor and daughter-in-law Suzanna wish to express their sincere thanks and acknowledge the kindness and sympathy shown to us on our recent sad bereavement, for those who called at our home, telephoned, sent cards, gifts and attended the Funeral. We are grateful to the Doctors, Nurses, Staff and Palliative Care Team on Ward 6 at the South West Acute Hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Lucia Maguire, Dr. Patrick Toal and to the Nurses and Carers who called at our home. Our sincere thanks to Austin Stinson ( W T Morrison) Undertakers for the sensitive dignified and professional manner in which the Funeral arrangements were carried out. We extend thanks to members of Rossorry Church of Ireland who helped, including the Church Sexton, Organist and the Ladies who served tea in the Church Hall. A special word of thanks goes to Rev. Canon Ian Ellis for his pastoral care and conducting a very warm and personal Funeral Service and also thank Rev. Lindsey Farrell. We thank The 41 Club for the guard of honour. Thanks to everyone who gave donations in lieu of flowers to The Northern Ireland Hospice. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
