MC LOUGHLIN Michael Glenlevin, Derrygonnelly Died 12th March, 2018 The wife, daughter, sons, son-in-law, daughters-in-law and grandchildren of the late Michael McLoughln would like to express sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them following their recent sad loss of his gentle soul. Thank you to all who called at Michael's home, sent Mass and sympathy cards, telephoned us and brought gifts. We are also grateful to all those who attended the removal, wake and funeral and those who have visited us over the past few weeks. A special thank you to our wonderful relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in the house and stayed with us during Michael's wake. Sincere thanks to Dr. Daniel Khew and the Staff of Derrygonnelly Practice, Geoffrey and Staff in Cathcarts Pharmacy and also to all those who helped care for Michael in his own home over many years. Thank you to the Priests of the Parish, Fr. Jimmy McPhillips PP and Fr. Niall Martin who regularly visited Michael in his home and to Fr. Raymond Donnelly who was with Michael in the hospital in his final moments. A special thanks to Fr. Seamus Quinn for his thoughtful and touching homily at Michael's Funeral Mass and for the poignant slow air which Michael would have loved. We would also like to thank Carla McLoughlin for her beautiful singing in the Church and Gerard McTeggart who accompanied Carla on guitar. Thanks also to the Altar Servers and the Eucharistic Ministers and all Michael's grandchildren whose brave participation made Michael's Funeral Mass so special. Grateful thanks to Leanne McGovern, Funeral Director and her Team for the caring, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out Michael's funeral arrangements. We cannot express in words the comfort provided by Leeanne's compassion, support and attention to detail. Thank you too to the Gravediggers and to the team of volunteers at Derrygonnelly Community Centre who provided refreshments after the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. Michael's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, Derrygonnelly, on Sunday, 15th April, 2018 at 11.30am.
