news Fermanagh teams play among football’s
finest at Milk Cup
The 19th Northern Ireland Milk Cup got
underway on Monday with the traditional
parade through Coleraine to the
Showgrounds where over 3,000 people
awaited the 52 teams from 19 countries in
the most cosmopolitan youth tournament in
the world. All five continents are represented
in this year’s competition with Tiger Star
from China, the Solomon Islands, Palestino
from Chile and Napoli from Italy among
some of the more colourful teams taking
part.

will undergo a medical after which he hopes
to sign a contract with the biggest club in the
world. 23 year old Carroll, from Tamlaght
outside Enniskillen has been linked with
Manchester United for much of the summer
as well as Leicester City and Everton where
proposed moves broke down at the last
