FERMANAGH singer/songwriter, Matty James embarks on first full band UK tour this week with Matty James and The Irregulars.

Following the success of his recent PledgeMusic campaign for new album 'The Road To No Town', which finished on a staggering 218 per cent, Matty James hits that very road himself for a run of shows across the UK and this time he is bringing the cavalry.

After relentless touring over the last two years with only a guitar for company, this will be his first time heading out with a full band.

The Irregulars made their debut at Sunflower Fest, Lisburn NI earlier this year. Now they are ready to bring their brand of Rogue Folk Rock N' Roll to the mainland, to play songs from Matty's debut album 'Last One To Die' and the forthcoming 'The Road To No Town'.

The UK Tour kicks off tonight (Thursday) in Hagues Bar, Lisburn before heading across the water to Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Manchester.

Matty also has some exiting solo acoustic shows coming up, including supporting The Riptide Movement in Limerick and Tyla J. Pallas in the UK.

His new album ‘The Road To No Town’ will be out commercially in early 2016 on Pirate Heart Records / Cargo Records with the release date to be announced soon.
