THE New Year at The Ardhowen kicks off with fun for all the family in the Lakeland Players panto presentation, ‘Dick Whittington’.

DICK WHITTINGTON

Just few seats remain for Lakeland Players pantomime, ‘Dick Whittington’, running from Thursday, January 7, to Saturday, January 16. Written by Stephen Duckham, one of Amateur Theatre's most popular authors, this production will be full to the brim with all the usual mad antics and laughs.

Join young Dick as he travels to London, accompanied by his cat, hoping to make his fortune. Finding out the streets are not paved with gold, he decides to leave but the London church bells seem to tell him to stay. As you can image, an assortment of comic characters and dastardly villains cross his path in a series of great adventures with the usual happy ever after ending.

Evening performances are at 8pm and the weekend matinees are at 3pm – check with the Box Office for availability.
