Approximately 100 local fashionistas attended a charity Ladies Night in the Enniskillen Hotel recently, with all proceeds going to Cancer Research UK.

Organised by Siobhan Gallagher from Boho, who is currently on placement in The Enniskillen Hotel as a Sales and Event Co-ordinator (as part of her Leisure and Events Management course at the University of Ulster, Coleraine), the evening proved to be a great success.

“It got really positive feedback, including from a lady who was in remission and on her first night out since her treatment ended,” Siobhan reports. She is happy to report that they raised £550 for Cancer Research UK.

A fashion show was the main event, with style from Spoilt Rotten boutique, Fivemiletown. Local beauticians, hairdressers and wardrobe makeover services were on hand for advice; allowing for “an ultimate night of pampering.” Cocktails were also on the menu and The Sunset Band and a DJ provided music into the small hours.

All the dresses modelled are available in Spoilt Rotten, Fivemiletown; the models’ hair was done by Enhance Hair and Beauty, Lisnaskea; and their make-up was by Lesley-Ann Watson, LA make-up.

Siobhan concludes: “It was a great night with positive feedback. Hopefully there will be many more to come!”
