A CHARITY truck run in aid of the RNLI and the Sperrin Cancer Unit at Altnagelvin will visit Fermanagh County Show on Tuesday.

Following a successful charity Truck run last year from John O'Groat's to Lands End, the Thurso Lifeboat Station team will this this year visit every lifeboat station in the North and South of Ireland.

The team are leaving the Highlands of Scotland tomorrow (Sunday) and heading to the port of Cairnryan where P&O have sponsored their carriage to and from Larne.

The first stop on the truck run will be Enniskillen's RNLI station, after which the convoy will make its way to Fermanagh County Show.

From Enniskillen they are moving North to Omagh and stopping of at the Ulster Bus Depot car park from 2pm until around 5pm .

And the next day they stop off at the cancer unit in Altnagelvin before continuing on their journey.

"People can make a donation using Pay Pal," said David Brown, press officer for Thuso Lifeboat Station, "Just log into their account and go to send money using 2012truckrun@gmail.com."
