ANOTHER rally in support of the Quinn family will take place later this month in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan.
It has been organised by the action group Concerned Irish Citizens, who say the demonstration on September 16 will not only support the Quinn family, but all those who have been "bullied and abused" by the banks.
One of the organisers, Patricia Gilheany says the second rally has come about after her group was inundated with messages from people who are angry at the way they have been treated as a result of the economic downturn.
"They feel the time has come for people to make a statement, loud and clear - enough is enough," she said.
Ms. Gilheany added: "All of the Irish people need to be educated on how they have been manipulated and defrauded. If they all could see that they are being treated exactly like the Quinn family, then there will indeed be a revolution."
