A 24-year-old alleged burglar accused of having drums of stolen heating oil has appeared before a Preliminary Enquiry at Fermanagh Court.
Samuel David Dorn, of Tullychurry Road, Kesh, is charged with entering a house at Brookhill Road, Portnablahy, Leggs, on March 23, last year, with intent to steal.
It is alleged that on that date he stole a hammer worth £10 belonging to Patrick Stickley.
Dorn is further charged that between April 7, and April 9, last year, he unlawfully had in his possession 11 drums of heating oil and a quantity of tobacco stolen in the Republic of Ireland.
Dorn was returned for trial at Dungannon Crown Court on June 24.
