Kyle Lafferty warmed for the European Championship finals with the opening goal in Northern Ireland's 3-0 win over Belarus at Windsor Park this evening.

Lafferty was crowning a good week in which he also got married to help Northern Ireland to the perfect send off in their last home game before the Euros.

Lafferty reacted quickly in the six yard box to slot home and send Northern Ireland on their way to victory.

Roy Carroll kept a clean sheet in goals in the opening half before being replaced by Alan Mannus. Fermanagh's third member of the squad, Michael McGovern did not feature but the number one keeper is sure to feature in their final preparation game against fellow qualifiers Slovakia on Saturday, June 4.

Northern Ireland commence in the Euros against Poland on Sunday, June 12 with a 5.00pm kick off. Michael O'Neill will name his final 23 man squad on tomorrow (Saturday) with Lafferty, McGovern and Carroll certain to be on the plane.
