A man has died following a single vehicle collision near Tempo.
Police in Enniskillen this morning confirmed that a man aged in his 70’s had died following a one vehicle collision on Gardiners Cross Road near Tempo.
The man was driving a white Suzuki Celerio car which left the road and struck a tree shortly after midday. He was taken to hospital where he died a short time later.
Two passengers were taken to hospital and were treated for non-life threatening injuries. The road was closed for a number of hours but has since re-opened.
Inspector Keir Kitt has appealed to anyone who witnessed the collision to contact police in Enniskillen or the Collision Investigation Unit in Sprucefield on the non-emergency number 101.
