TOMORROW (Friday) night sees the welcome return of Cavan’s Alanna Maher to Mahon’s Hotel in Irvinestown.

Alanna is a rising country singer from Swanlinbar. Having supported many of the top country artists and performed in various venues across Ireland over the past two years of her career, she is quickly making a name for herself on the country music scene.

Her second and latest single ‘Mind Your Own Biscuits’, a catchy Kacey Musgraves number, has been a great success for her.

Her quirky video has been featured on several Country shows such as Irish TV, Hot Country TV, Keltic Country, Country Showcase and Ireland’s Country, to name a few.

The song has also been played on RTE Radio 1’s CountryWide, along with many other local radio stations.

Teamed with her guitar and her love for both Irish and American country music, Alanna’s unique country voice is well worth a listen.

Meanwhile, on Saturday night, The Knights are back on stage in Mahon’s.

They are an aspiring four-piece Irish folk harmonic group from Tyrone and Armagh.

Band members Eoin Maneely, Ruairi Cunningham, Paul Henry and Caolan Cunningham play a wide selection of music Irish folk, Irish traditional, pop, rock and classics.

They have gone from strength to strength after winning the Battle of the Buskers in 2015.

Anthony McBrien takes to the stage on Sunday night from 8pm to 10pm.

Fermanagh’s voice of country, Anthony is not only a popular singer, he is an all-round entertainer and a real full of life character with a real love of entertaining people and sending them home happy.

The man with the pure country voice has being singing now for almost 20 years and has achieved many things and fulfilled many dreams throughout his career.

He has four CDs to date, ‘Choices’ being his latest, and two DVDs.
