A brand new country music festival has been announced for Enniskillen next August.

Harvest 2017 is a two-day country music festival taking place at Enniskillen airport and Westport House, County Mayo on 26 and 27 August, 20167.

The main headliners are Nathan Carter and American country music grammy award winner Miranda Lambert.

Nathan Carter, who lives in Enniskillen, will headline at Westport on Saturday 26 and at Enniskillen on Sunday 27, while Miranda Lambert will headline Enniskillen on Saturday and Westport on Sunday.

Thirty “quality artists” will perform over the two days on three stages. So far, it has been revealed that Irish and UK artists will include County Tyrone singer Cliona Hagan, Pete Kennedy, Nathan Carter's brother Jake Carter, Hurricane Highway and British modern country music duo Ward Thomas.

A variety of camping facilities will be on offer for the festival, including boutique camping and campervan facilities and a family friendly zone. There will be a food village and dedicated jiving and line dancing sessions over the weekend.

Presented by Aiken Promotions, tickets will go on sale next Monday, December 12 and more artists will be revealed as the event approaches.
