It is very important that people know how to look after their health, both physical and mental, and we will have over 30 stands on the day with experts who will be able to offer guidance and advice to people. This will be an inclusive event so everybody is welcome to come along and I suppose the aim would be to provide advice on healthier lifestyles and well being choices that will empower peoples lives. The experts that will be there on the day will be able to give advice on a wide range of topics,” said Ryan.
