A 20-YEAR-OLD man accused of attempting to murder a six-month-old baby in Enniskillen earlier this month has been remanded in custody for a further four weeks.
Timuras Kozlov, of Derrychara Drive, Enniskillen, is charged with attempting to murder the infant on May 6, 2017.
Kozlov, a Lithuanian national, appeared before Fermanagh Magistrates Court on Monday afternoon, via videolink from Hydebank Young Offenders Centre.
A Public Prosecution Service (PPS) representative told the court that a full file had been requested in the case, the target date for which was August 11.
The prosecutor then applied for a further remand of four weeks.
Defending solicitor, Garry Smyth, conceded that the case was at an early stage and did not make any contrary submissions.
District judge, Nigel Broderick, adjourned the case for a further review on Monday, June 19.
