POLICE are searching for a thief who made off with alcohol, flowers and a wheeled basket from a shop in Lisnaskea earlier this month.

The PSNI are appealing for information after the report of a theft at a commercial premises in the village on Sunday, July 2.

Constable Caroline Crawford said: “It was reported at approximately 5.15pm on Sunday afternoon, a male made off from the store on Main Street with alcohol, flowers and a wheeled basket.

“The male suspect is described as being 6 foot 2’ tall and was wearing a green jacket, a black beanie hat, blue jeans and black and white trainers.”

The constable said that police would be keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area and who witnessed the incident, or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation.

“Police at Lisnaskea can be contacted by calling 101, quoting reference number 1012 2/7/2017. Information can also be passed anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111,” she added.
