A man is in hospital following a gas explosion on a boat near Lisbellaw.
The explosion at Johnston Shore on Inishmore Road occured inside a privately owned pleasure craft boat and blew its roof off.
One man who was on the boat at the time managed to escape and was brought to hospital to be treated for his injuries.
The boat was later submerged in the water.
A spokeswoman for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said the multi-agency response involved two fire appliances, RNLI, Irish coastguard helicopter and the police and ambulance service.
"A further search of the water was carried out for any other casualties. However, it has been confirmed that no one else was on the boat at the time of the gas explosion.
“NIFRS would like to take this opportunity to remind boat owners of the need to ensure that any gas appliances on boats are installed and maintained by a qualified engineer and that carbon monoxide alarms are fitted on boats," said the spokeswoman.
