A woman remains in a stable condition in hospital after being knocked down in an early morning road traffic collision in Enniskillen on Monday.
The female pedestrian was knocked down on the West Bridge at Ann Street in the town shortly after 7am and was taken to hospital.
The incident resulted in bank holiday traffic chaos for most of the morning.
A police spokeswoman said: “Shortly after 7am on Monday, March 19, police received a report of a road traffic collision involving a vehicle and a female pedestrian on the bridge at Ann Street, Enniskillen.
“The female pedestrian was taken to hospital for treatment to her injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.”
The West Bridge was closed for a time on Monday morning and traffic was diverted along Castle Bridge, resulting in long tailbacks.
Meanwhile, at approximately 3.45am on Sunday, March 18, police received a report of a one vehicle road traffic collision on Lough Shore Road Enniskillen.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a number of driving offences. He has been released on bail pending further police enquiries. Police have no further details on either incident at this stage.
