Members of Kesh YFC who were successful in the Northern Ireland finals of a number of stockjudging competitions recently. They are Zara Stubbs, Alice Stubbs, Lorna Graham and Gillian Henderson. The Kesh Club has a good record of successes at Northern Ireland level.
Two members of Kesh YFC have gained first places in Northern Ireland competitions.
Lorna Graham won the silage judging competition, in the 14-16 years ago group while Alice Stubbs was the overall winner of the beef-judging competition in the 14-16 years ago group.
Alice’s sister, Zara, took second place in the 16-18 years ago group in beef-judging while Gillian Henderson took third place in the 18-21 years sheep judging competition.
In total, Lorna Graham, Victoria Walmsley, Joanne Campbell, Stephen Roberts, Gillian Henderson, Zana Bratton, Keith Blair, Zara Stubbs, Alice Stubbs all travelled from the Club to Greenmount Campus for the Northern Ireland finals.
The Club has congratulated the successful members on their achievements. They will be an incentive to new members when the new season begins.
