Fermanagh and Tyrone Ploughing Society's annual ploughing match has been re-scheduled for Saturday, April 2, the organisers confirmed this week.

The annual competition which attracts ploughing enthusiasts from all over Northern Ireland and the Border counties of the Republic, was postponed on Saturday last following a heavy fall of snow. There are various classes for ploughing enthusiasts to enter.

Following the re-match on April 2, the presentation of cups and trophies and the draw will be held in the Bridge Inn, Trillick, on Saturday, April 9.

Further details are available from the Society secretary, Albert Hetherington; Tel. 07977597197.
