New sponsor of Food Hall

The Northern Bank is the sole sponsor of Fermanagh Show Foodhall for 2012.

This part of the County Show is well established and puts Fermanagh Show on the map as an exceptional showcase for local food.

At the opening of the show, Pat O'Doherty will launch his book "Old Fermanagh Corned beef" a limited edition Cookery Book.

A Cookery Demonstration marquee will host demonstrations using the RUAS food demonstration unit. Demonstrations will be given by Belle Isle Cookery School, The Kitchen Academy and O'Doherty Butchers.

There is already a vast array of food stands booked with an unprecedented demand for space and the chance to showcase niche and local food products.

The food stand competition is sponsored by Killyhevlin Hotel when the judge will be looking for excellent presentation of product, taste and a passion for business.
