At the area silage competition Trillick members Nicole Barton was first and Laura Sproule third(12-14), Gareth Deazley was second (16-18), Mark Gibson was third (18-21) and Rachel Gibson first(21-25). Laura Sproule went on to gain first place at the 12-14 years NI Final!

Following their successes at the area heats William Smyth, Aaron Crozier, John Edgar, Laura Sproule, Nicole Barton, Hannah Abercrombie, Christopher Crawford and Rebecca Deazley attended NI Finals Day for stockjudging competitions at Greenmount. John was placed second in dairy cattle judging 18-21 and Nicole, fifth in beef stock judging 12-14.

The 2011 YFCU John Bradley Challenge was a Knockout Competition at Greenmount. Two Trillick Teams enjoyed the fun and the day out! They entered five Teams at the YFCU Build It Competition. Unfortunately, despite members' hard work, their scarecrows didn't impress the judges!

There were further successes at Omagh Show.

Fund-raising ventures during the summer included the annual Cops and Robbers disco in Fivemiletown and the Car Treasure Hunt and BBQ at the QE2 PS at Kilskeery which were well supported by friends and supporters and neighbouring YFCs.

Recently Trillick welcomed two of the YFCU's incoming European Exchangees - Angela McDonald from Canada and Sabine Wegmannn from Switzerland. .
