Limousin calves top £1,000

The champion calf at the Northern Ireland Limousin Club's show and sale of suckled calves at the Ulster Farmers' Mart, Enniskillen on Tuesday evening was a 418kgs heifer which went on to sell for £1,000.
The champion animal was owned by Graham Smyton from Fivemiletown.
The Reserve Champion heifer was exhibited by Gordon Cutler from Florencecourt,with a 338kgs heifer and which sold for £720.
The third prizewinning heifer weighed 311kgs and sold for £618 for David Robinson.
In the male section, the winning calf was a 390kgs animal which sold for £835 and was also owned by David Robinson.
