Teemore Engineering recently hosted a training day for all its UK and Irish distributors who were joined by representatives from the Jourdain, Bioret and Agri Plastics companies. Teemore acts as a sole distributor in the UK and Ireland for the three manufacturing businesses.

“Jourdain, based in France, produces a range of high quality feed barriers, dividing gates and other tubular fittings,” Teemore’s Nicky Johnston explained.

“The company has developed 20 new products in order to celebrate its 50th anniversary year and a significant number of these were on display at the training day.” He continued: “Bioret is another French company, manufacturing a wide range of cubicle mats, mattresses and rubber floor covers. They have developed 2 new products over the past year or so and, again, they were of significant interest to all our distributors.” Agri Plastics is based in Canada. The company has developed a range of innovative calf hutches, which are extremely long lasting. Taking centre stage at the training day was the company’s new smaller hutch, which meets the management needs of dairy farmers in Northern Ireland.

Nicky Johnston further explained: “Approximately 20 distributors attended on the day. The event also gave us an opportunity to highlight the benefits of the many products we manufacture ourselves, all designed to meet the needs of farmers throughout the UK and Ireland.” “Our dealers were also given a tour of the factory,” Nicky Johnston concluded.

“The event provided them with insights into our vision for Teemore Engineering and our optimism for the future of agriculture.” Teemore Engineering recently hosted a training day for all its UK and Irish distributors who were joined by representatives from the Jourdain, Bioret and Agri Plastics companies.
