The death has taken place peacefully on March 6, 2015, at her home in Tenby, South Wales, of Mrs. Shirley Clarke, née Vance, formerly from Fermanagh.

The loving wife of Peter and devoted mother of Lucy, she was the darling daughter of Edwin and Hazel Vance, Silverhill, Enniskillen, and dear sister of Trevor.

She was 46 years old and suffered from a brain tumour for six years.

Educated at Jones Memorial Primary and Enniskillen High School, she went on to study Quantity Surveying at The University of Glamorgan.

Having achieved her degree, she attained a post with Pembrokeshire County Council, where she remained until 2014.

She met her husband Peter at university and they wed in Rossorry Parish Church in 1995. Shirley was a fun loving girl, who loved life.

She was loved by her family, colleagues and friends.

The funeral service took place at St. Mary’s Parish Church, Tenby, and interment was at Tenby New Cemetery.

The family extends thanks to everyone who kindly helped and supported them during this difficult time.
