Miss Barbara Anderson

The death has taken place of Miss Barbara Anderson at her home, 105b Aughentain Road, Fivemiletown.

Barbara was 23 years old and the eldest daughter of Gilbert and the late June Elizabeth.

She was educated at Tempo Primary School and Fivemiletown High School where she qualified in Childcare.

She worked as a classroom assistant at Tempo Primary School and then in Portora for one year. She enjoyed helping to teach the children in Clabby Methodist Sunday School.

Her funeral service was very largely attended and the Rev. Daphne Twinem assisted by the Rev. Maurice Armstrong spoke fondly of how she had helped at church services. Barbara was laid to rest beside her mother.

She is immediately survived by her father Gilbert; brothers Gary and William and sister Julie Ann. Interment took place at St. Margaret's Churchyard, Clabby.

The funeral arrangements were carried out by S.R. Elliott and Sons, Darling Street, Enniskillen.
