The death has taken place in Kesh of Evelyn Vance (née Graham). She was born at Rossmore, Laghey, Co. Donegal, daughter of the late Richard Graham and Maggie (nee Browne).
Evelyn was born in 1939 and grew up at "The Shore," Rossmore. After her marriage in 1959 to Ian Vance, Ederney, they lived in various places in England and Portrush, but later moved back to make their home in Kesh.
Evelyn passed away at their home on Saturday, July 16, 2011, after an illness bravely borne. She was cremated at Roselawn Crematorium, Belfast, on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, after a service conducted by the Rev. Taggart, in the presence of her husband, family and friends. Her ashes will be buried at a later date at Ardess Cemetery.
Evelyn is survived by her husband Ian, daughter Caroline, son-in-law Norman Anderson, grandchildren Robert and Rachel; son John, daughter-in-law Karen, grandchildren Matthew and Megan.
