A much loved mother, Mrs. Margaret Crawford, late of Windmill Drive, Enniskillen, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2014, at the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen, aged 88 years. She had enjoyed fairly good health prior to her unexpected death.
Formerly Margaret Semple, she was the only daughter of William and Elizabeth Semple of Bolaught, Castlederg.
At the age of 25 she married Joseph (Joe) Crawford. Margaret and Joe went on to have one son Billy. She was widowed in 2005, following the passing of Joe.
Margaret was a lifelong member of St. Macartin’s Cathedral, Enniskillen. The funeral service held at St. Macartin’s was conducted by the Very Rev. Kenneth Hall. The hymns were: The day thou gavest, Lord is ended, I vow to thee my Country and Abide with me.
Burial was at Breandrum Cemetery. Margaret is survived by her son Billy.
The funeral arrangements were efficiently carried out by Mr. Austen Stinson of W.T. Morrison, 41 Darling Street, Enniskillen.
