Step back in time for a medieval banquet of wild boar, fish and beer. Well, almost.
The beer may be non-alcohol; the pig may be artificial but the history has never been so alive.
Because yesterday (Wednesday), Enniskillen Castle Museum held yet another historic re-enactment, teaching children the wonders of bygone days as part of their annual summer scheme.
Julian Thornton of Enniskillen Castle was one of the event's organisers and was delighted with the reaction from the young and enthusiastic participants.
"It's a great turnout this year. We run the summer scheme every year and it always gets a good crowd and mix of children. We encourage all backgrounds to attend our classes. There are no set rules - it's about getting as many youngsters together from around Fermanagh to learn about history."
"On this occasion, we took the children on a tour of the castle before sitting down for a banquet where we had a large table, a boar's head, fish on a plate and plenty of costumes from that era.
"What we do is teach kids about medieval times, including what food would have been eaten back then. We want the children to know exactly how food got to the table and this is a great way of doing that."
