Ploughing officials elected at annual meeting of two county group

Fermanagh and Tyrone Ploughing Society elected its officers and committee for 2010 at the recent annual meeting held at the Bridge Inn, Trillick.

Those elected were;

President - W R A Wilson

Chairman - G A Henderson

Treasurer - E W G Beatty

Secretary - A H Hetherington

Chief Steward - J Greer

Committee Members - A Crozier, M Faris, J Alexander, A Thompson, O Thompson, S Heaslip, T McDermott, F Liggett, R J Keys

The President occupied the chair and conducted the election. The 2010 ploughing contest will be held on Saturday, March 13. It was decided to invite any suitable landowner in the Fermanagh/Tyrone area who would consider hosting the event to contact the Secretary or any committee member for details.
