A foundation that makes dreams come true for children has transformed one Fermanagh girl's bedroom so she can sleep better.
16-year-old Natasha Graham from Newtownbutler has Cerebral Palsy, which affects her body movement and muscle coordination. In addition, Natasha has epilepsy and suffers with up to 40 epileptic seizures a day. She is also registered blind, responding only to bright colours and lights.
Her mother Geraldine is her full-time carer. Geraldine had her house purpose-built to accommodate Natasha's needs and Make-A-Wish Foundation UK has just transformed Natasha's bedroom with sensory equipment so she can sleep more soundly.
Natasha's new room is complete with a water bed that plays soothing music. The water bed will not only help relax Natasha's muscles each evening, it will be safer for her to sleep in and make Geraldine's job of making Natasha comfortable at bedtime a whole lot easier.
