Car struck man in wheelchair

A suspected drunk driver was arrested after a car struck a man in a wheelchair at the entrance to the Erne Hospital in Enniskillen on Thursday morning.

The man in the wheelchair is not thought to have been seriously hurt.

A police spokesman said a 50-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving. She was released on bail pending further enquiries.
