Accused of having knuckle duster on Tempo Road

A 20-year-old man accused of damaging a primary school and a number of vehicles has appeared before a Preliminary Enquiry at Fermanagh Court.

Paul Anthony Monaghan, of Killynure Gardens, Enniskillen, faces a total of seven charges.

He is accused of having an offensive weapon, namely a knuckle duster, on the Tempo Road in Enniskillen, on January 12, last year.

Monaghan faces three charges of damaging cars - two Vauxhall Corsas and a Vauxhall Zafira - at the Lochside Garage on the Tempo Road on dates unknown between January 10, and January 13, last year.

He is also accused of damaging a Daf lorry belonging to the Treads Recycling Company between the same dates.

Monaghan is further charged with attempting to damage a window and door at the Model Primary School on January 12, last year.

He was returned for trial at Enniskillen Crown Court on March 13.
