Man admits stealing 5 Euros from MLA

A PRE-SENTENCE report has been ordered for a 33-year-old man charged with stealing from Fermanagh and South Tyrone MLA, Phil Flanagan and damaging the window of his Citreon Xsara car.

Brian John Nathan Cassidy, Sallys Wood, Irvinestown is accused of damaging the window of the car and stealing a 5 Euro note belonging to the Sinn Fein Assembly Member on March 3 last year.
