The Fermanagh County Committee have cancelled all Gaelic Games at all levels for the forthcoming weekend as a mark of respect to the late Brian Og Maguire.

The decision was made last night (Thursday) and no refixtures will be issued until the committee feels it is "appropriate".

A rally in support of the Quinn family scheduled for Sunday in Ballyconnell has also been cancelled.

The Fermanagh County Committee statement read: "Due to the tragic death this morning of Brian Óg Maguire, Lisnaskea Emmets and Fermanagh County player, CCC have cancelled all club matches this weekend as a mark of respect. This includes Youth games (which will be separately notified by the Youth Board) and the SHC Final scheduled for this Sunday Sept 16th. Refixtures will be released as soon as is appropriate in the circumstances. Go ndeana Dia trócaire ar a anam uasal."

Funeral arrangements have yet to be finalised.
