The winners of Fermanagh County Show have been presented with their trophies at a special prizegiving this week.

Winners of the livestock, schools and industrial sections of the Show held in August, were presented with their prizes by Mrs. Una Bourke, who has been one of the major supporters of the event over many years.

Among the big winners were two pupils at primary schools in the county. The Collum Shield for boys, for the highest number of points in the schools section was won by Rhys Elliott of Derrygonnelly Primary School while the Collum Shield for girls was won by Sarah Irvine from Lisbellaw Primary School.

The Small Schools Cup was won by Derrygonnelly Primary School with the Eileen Magee Cup for larger primary schools was won by Lisbellaw PS.

The Farming Life Cup for the highest points won by a secondary level school was presented to St. Fanchea's College.

The top award in the livestock section went to J. J. Gunn from Derrylin.
